The representatives of the opposition factions blocked the Presidium and the tribune before the plenary meeting.

220 people’s deputies registered in the session hall.

214 parliamentarians made a repeat registration.

Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Volodymyr Rybak said that there is no possibility of holding the plenary meeting and announced that the next plenary meeting would be held on Friday, December 6.
